A Community Commitment to Our Elders

KEEP THEM MOVING

Keep Them Moving is a community-driven initiative created to ensure senior citizens can continue to stay active, independent, and healthy, even when insurance coverage no longer supports access to fitness and wellness programs.

When coverage ends, we don’t turn away.
We step in.

Our Belief

We believe caring for our elders is not charity,  it is responsibility.

Across America, older adults built the systems, families, businesses, and communities we rely on today. As insurance policies change and living costs rise, many seniors are being quietly pushed out of resources that keep them strong, mobile, and independent.

Keep Them Moving exists because we don’t leave people behind,  especially those who carried us forward.

Why This Matters

Over the last several years, many insurance plans have reduced or eliminated coverage for fitness programs once available through options like SilverSneakers or Silver&Fit. As a result, seniors living on fixed incomes are losing access to safe, structured physical activity.

For many, gym memberships are one of the first things to go,  even though movement is one of the most powerful forms of preventative care.

When seniors stop moving:

  • Falls increase

  • Hospital visits rise

  • Isolation deepens

  • Independence declines

This program addresses that gap, before crisis replaces prevention.

Purpose

Keep Them Moving exists to make sure seniors are not forced to choose between basic necessities and staying physically active.

The purpose of this initiative is to:

  • Preserve dignity and independence for older adults

  • Support preventative health through continued movement

  • Reduce avoidable hospital visits and injuries

  • Keep seniors connected to their communities

Movement is not optional. It is essential.

What We Do

Through community contributions, sponsorships, and grants, Keep Them Moving helps cover the cost of gym and wellness memberships for seniors who have lost insurance-based access.

Each contribution directly supports:

  • Continued physical activity

  • Safe, accessible fitness environments

  • Stronger bodies, better balance, and reduced injury risk

  • Mental health, confidence, and social connection

This is not about fitness goals.
This is about keeping people upright, active, and living well.

Your support has a real, measurable impact, today and long term.

How Your Contribution Helps

Your contribution:

  • Keeps a senior moving

  • Helps prevent injury and decline

  • Supports healthier aging

  • Strengthens the entire community

This is a direct investment in human dignity.

All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

A Simple Truth

“Stopping movement accelerates decline. Supporting movement preserves life.”

Keep Them Moving ensures seniors don’t lose access to physical activity simply because insurance coverage changed. Your contribution helps keep older adults active, independent, and out of the hospital — where prevention matters most.

Because when coverage ends, community begins.
